ARA is an AI assistant designed to help SMEs with:

• WhatsApp-based reminders

• Task management

• Contextual memory

• AI-generated responses

• Business and personal assistance

ARA is not a human.
Responses are generated by AI and may not always be correct.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By sending a message to ARA on WhatsApp, you acknowledge:

• You have read the Terms and Privacy Policy

• You accept and agree to them

• Continued use = continued acceptance

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use ARA for illegal or harmful activity

• Upload harmful content (malware, fraud, impersonation)

• Share sensitive information unnecessarily

• Abuse or overload the system

• Attempt to access the underlying servers or database

You are responsible for verifying important decisions independently.

4. Subscription & Billing

ARA may offer:

• Free tier

• Starter plan

• Pro plan

• Business plan

• Enterprise plan

Payment terms will be shown at point of purchase.
Refund or cancellation rules will follow the subscription page.

ARA reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Data Handling

Your data is processed to deliver services:

• Chat content

• Reminders

• Memory

• Business info

• Usage logs

Storage is on Supabase (Singapore).
Messages are delivered through Twilio.
AI responses are generated via OpenAI or equivalent providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

You agree that ARA Ai Solution is not liable for:

• Losses due to AI mistakes

• Missed or late reminders

• Incorrect information

• Loss of business or revenue

• Errors caused by WhatsApp, Twilio, Supabase, or outages

• Temporary service interruptions

ARA is provided “as is” without guarantees.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You misuse the service

• You cause harm to our infrastructure

• You breach these terms

• You perform illegal activity

You may stop using ARA at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All:

• Branding

• Workflows

• AI prompts

• Website content

• Logic flow

• Designs

belong to ARA Ai Solution unless stated otherwise.

Your messages remain yours.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
